About Us
Knightstone Student Communities (KSC) is a leading manager of purpose-built student housing in Canada with over 3,200 bed spaces under management across Ontario and Québec. We work in close partnership with post-secondary institutions to deliver exceptional living environments that elevate the student experience and support academic success.
At KSC, partnership is at the heart of our approach. We collaborate with each institution to design and deliver customized residence life programs that align with their academic initiatives and campus culture. Our goal is to create communities that not only achieve operational excellence but also enrich student life, where every student feels connected, supported, and empowered to succeed.
Our leadership team brings a wealth of industry expertise and a long history of institutional collaboration with more than 60+ years of cumulative student housing experience. The KSC team has worked together for over a decade, cultivating a culture of trust, consistency, and operational excellence.
